Earl is a veteran of college admission and financial aid counseling.
A 1996 graduate of DePauw University, Earl previously served as a full-time Consultant with the National Center for College Costs. He currently is the Director of Admission at DePauw, following work in Admissions at Hanover College and St. Joseph's College. Earl also has experience in both middle and high school guidance counseling. Earl is particularly interested in college transitional issues, financial aid education, and developing college counseling programs to make higher education accessible for underrepresented students.
